SOFTWARE ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT

For this document, I will create six sentences using modal verbs and use them in a script.

 

1. At work, I must speak English, as most of the clients are from the U.S.

 

2. I must take a one-hour break.

 

3. I can take an hour for lunch, but only with permission.

 

4. I must check in every time I enter or leave the company; it is mandatory.

 

5. I can take a day off, but only in special situations, such as a doctor's appointment or an emergency.

 

6. I must read all the company news.

I am currently studying software development and working at a stationery store.

 

My duties include answering calls and helping customers resolve issues with their receipts and orders. As I mentioned before, there are some established rules.

 

These are:

 

1. In my job, I must prioritize good customer service.

 

2. Maintain an impeccable personal appearance.

 

3. I must take a break.

 

4. I have an hour for lunch, but only with my supervisor's permission.
